This workshop was relevant, up to date and informative. Sarah and Frank used well known cases to illustrate theory. I would recommend this to reporters at all levels. 

Mark Egan is an expert in his field and is a great teacher. I have a greater knowledge of TikTok and how it can benefit me personally but, most importantly, professionally. The course is packed with content that is informative and very engaging. I was hooked from the beginning to end. I liked that it was practical. I learned whilst doing which will stand to me as a broadcast journalist. I would recommend this course to everyone. 

This was a great course. The trainer was very helpful and knowledgeable. The course was easy to follow for some one with a low level understanding of Google Analytics.

I found the Balance Wheel model enlightening. The 1-on-1 coaching was amazing. I found the Eisenhower model great. It has helped me with prioritising and managing tasks. Before this training I hadn't given careful consideration to the different personality types that make up my colleagues. Although we all work in a creative environment, it doesn't always mean everyone will be extroverted. This training helped me understand how to adapt my style of management to the different personalities in the workplace.

Enrolling in this course was an absolute game-changer for me. From learning the ins and outs of broadcasting to mastering the art of crafting compelling stories, every moment has been a joy. Eric Dixon is a breath of fresh air. He is so passionate about audio and is full to the brim of content ideas. While he understands the importance of hard news, he is also gloriously tabloid and gets the importance of light and shade in talk radio. His delivery is as engaging today as it was when I had my first voice training session with him 15 years ago! Eric's passion is infectious. I highly recommend this training. Do it!
