A very useful course in terms of understanding the current state of the various social media platforms; who is using them, how they are using them, what is working and what's not working. Joanne provided useful tools and a few handy short cuts around content creation. 

Mark Egan is an expert in his field and is a great teacher. I have a greater knowledge of TikTok and how it can benefit me personally but, most importantly, professionally. The course is packed with content that is informative and very engaging. I was hooked from the beginning to end. I liked that it was practical. I learned whilst doing which will stand to me as a broadcast journalist. I would recommend this course to everyone.
