Aoife is an executive coach and development specialist with expertise in the areas of high-performance management, leadership and building emotional intelligence. She has over 20 years' experience in leadership, people development and coaching in a variety of roles in the multinational Tech and Financial sector both in Ireland and Canada. As a coach, Aoife works with clients to take a strategic vs. tactical perspective to their work and to explore the skills and behaviours that will facilitate their development. Aoife holds an MSc in Psychology and BSc in HR Management.
