Specifically, Fionnuala talks about and how the course inspired Highland Radio to embark on a Digital Transformation journey. Fionnuala talks about the support offered by Learning Waves as they embarked on this journey and how a station wide approach was key to the successful Digital Transformation of Highland Radio.
