Course Brief

This 90 minute workshop has been designed by Media Lawyer to update broadcasters in relation to Privacy and Data Protection. The course will be delivered via Zoom during Covid 19 and is aimed at all broadcasters across the Independent Commercial Radio Sector.

Course Content

Specifically this course will look at :

What is privacy and how does data protection impact on my broadcast work?
How do they differ and interact and what do I need to do to be sure that I am covered before I broadcast?

This will include an update on new guidance issued on cookies and advice about protecting personal data when working remotely
