HETAC Level 6 Course with IT Tralee commences.

Learning Waves Skillnet is delighted to announce that its HETAC Level 6 course developed in conjunction with IT Tralee is now underway.  The course commenced on 21st September 2012 and will run for 12 weeks this semester and 12 weeks in 2013 for the second semester.  A total of 14 students are taking part in the course which will see them gain skills in the areas of Radio Programme Production, Writing for Radio, Defamation, Speech and Voice Training, Steps to Success, Interviewing Skills and a work placement at the end of the programme. 

It is hoped that those taking part in the course will form part of a talent pool for the industry on successful completion of the course.  The course is fully funded by Learning Waves Skillnet.
