Radio is all about Talent | Audience | Content and Learning Waves Skillnet will bring a number of experts from across the Irish radio market and the UK to Dublin to discuss this. On 27th November 2018, we will be joined by Paul Sylvester, Content Director, Absolute Radio UK who will share with us the 'Absolute Story' and talk to us about 'Life after Christian' and how the station has adjusted following the departure of Christan O'Connell to Australia. Alongside Paul, 98FM's Programme Director Michael Brett will share the stations success story and tell us about winning the IMRO Music Station of the Year 2018 and how he manages talent, content and audiences in 98FM.
We will host a panel discussion where Nessa McGann, Programme Director, Spin South West, Robbie Fogarty, Deputy Programme Director, Sunshine 106.8, Eamonn Doyle, Programme Director from LMFM and Dave McArdle, Programme Director from Corks Red FM will tell us how they manage talent, audiences and content in their stations.
