Skillnets appoints new Chief Executive Officer.
Skillnets, the national agency responsible for funding and supporting training networks, has appointed Paul Healy as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mr Healy brings strong expertise in HR, Learning and Development to the role, and over 20 years of experience in commercial environments.
Speaking about his recent appointment, Mr Healy said: “I am delighted to take on this new challenge of leading Skillnets as it supports enterprise to build talent, create opportunities for people in business, and address current and future skills needs. This is an exciting time for Skillnets as it enters a new phase of development aligned with economic recovery and the changing needs of enterprise. I look forward to working with both policy makers and business to identify areas of future growth and develop training solutions to capitalise on emerging opportunities in the marketplace.”
