Course Aims
This is the third Senior Management Alumni Workshop. This session will look at the challenges faced by participants in Managing Upwards. It will be highly interactive and pragmatic, giving you the opportunity to learn from each other as well as from Russell and Alison.
Course Content
The session will explore the challenges you face in managing upwards. During the session we will share ideas on what steps you can take to create better strategies for influencing upwards and how to have more impact in your interactions.
