Best Practice Manual Handling Techniques

On completion of this course participants will be able to lift and handle items safely, recognise a items which are too heavy or awkward,  be able to carry out risk assessment on load, and be able to perform a two person lift.  The course will provide participants with best practice tips and techniques in relation to manual handling.
