Media Central take Gold at Media Awards.

  • 27th October, 2020

The Media Awards 2020 took place on Thursday October 22 at 4pm. The Awards were hosted by the well-known TV presenter and business journalist Richard Curran.

A total of 286 entries were received from a broad range of media agencies, media owners and brands. As a reflection of the great work done by the Irish Media Industry since the onset of the Pandemic, a one off special category has been created to highlight exceptional campaigns responding to Covid 19:
The Covid 19 Response Award.

Now in their 11th year, the Awards are sponsored by Platinum Partner DMG Media Ireland and Gold Partners RTÉ Media Sales, Dublin Airport Media Sales and The Business Post.

Congratulations to Media Central who won the Gold Award for Best Sales Initiative with Off the Ball.  In addition to this, Media Central picked up two bronze awards :

  • Best use of Sponsorship - Carat Ireland and Media Central/Today FM for Sound Town, Weekend Breakfast on Today FM with Alison Curtis
