To raise awareness about microaggressions, understand their impact on individuals and groups, and equip participants with strategies to effectively manage and address microaggressions in the workplace.

Managing and Addressing Microaggressions

  • Effective communication strategies for bystanders and those affected

Creating an Inclusive Workplace

  • Policies and practices to prevent microaggressions
  • Encouraging a culture of respect and inclusion

At the end of this course, participants will:
