Course Aims

The aim of this course is to refresh trainee awareness of basic principles of defamation law. In particular, the course will consider aspects of privacy law relevant to broadcasting, outline the basic principles of copyright law relevant to broadcasting and consider the application of legal principles discussed to online, as well as on-air, activity by radio personnel.

  •     Copyright law
  •     Online and social media activity by radio personnel
