Sustainability WorksAideen is an environmental scientist, activator and optimist. She has pioneered national programmes to activate policy and organisational change, designing these programmes to enable real transformation in climate, energy and sustainable development. These programmes and initiatives include SEAI’s Sustainable Energy Communities Programme, Climate-KIC Accelerator Programme, the development of cleantech clusters and sectoral networks such as the Broadcasting Sustainability Network.
Aideen is a Co-founder and Director of SustainabilityWorks. She previously worked with Sustainable Nation Ireland, Sustainability Skillnet, the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland, Abbott Laboratories, Novartis and Cork County Council. Aideen has a Masters in Integrated Environmental Management from the University of Bath and a BSC (hons) in Environmental Science and Technology from Sligo Institute of Technology.
